“What strikes me is the genuine care that seems to define this family-owned guest house. Its location near Aberdeen's university and sports village places it well for visitors, but it's the hosts' commitment to creating a welcoming, almost historical atmosphere that stands out. I particularly appreciate the self-catering communal kitchen and customizable breakfast, reflecting a thoughtful approach to individual needs.”

spotty internetpersistent road noise
The internet was spotty. A real bother when i needed to check emails. also, the noise levels were quite high, thin walls i guess. i could hear every footstep in the corridor outside, and the road noise was persistent through the night. the window clearly did not close properly. breakfast felt awkward. Sharing kitchen facilities with so many other guests and staff meant i just grabbed the bare minimum and left.

the noise was quite bothersome (even with earplugs). every footstep in the corridor echoed loudly. the window in my room did not fully close, so constant road noise persisted throughout the night. breakfast felt uncomfortable because i shared kitchen facilities with several other guests and staff.
